Return & Shipping

 
 To Return/Exchange Your Product:

  • Email info@mcsus.com to make the request within 30 days of receiving.
  • Wait to get your return order approval email with instructions on how to send your item
  • Box up your product, with all its included components, in its original packaging and documents
  • Ship it back via your choice of carriers, preferably with a tracking number.
 Special Considerations:
  • Be sure to enclose all spare parts and included components that shipped with your product; the return of incomplete products generally results in incomplete refunds
  • You are responsible for return shipping fees
  • It’s wise to use a traceable shipping method for your return as well as buy additional insurance with the shipping company you are using if your package is worth more than $100.00USD.  
 The Fine Print:
  • You must have an Return# to return any product. Packages will be refused if there is no Return number on the outside of the box.
  • Money will be refunded within 5-10 business days of receipt of your return
  • We will refund your actual purchase price via your original means of payment, excluding shipping and handling fees
  • Restocking fees are rare, but if they apply, you will be notified during the return process.
  • All return items must be in good new condition, in original packaging with all its included components and documents
  • Paintball and consumables are not returnable
  • Custom, special order, and clearance items are not returnable

Shipping Information

Shipping Time
  • All orders will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days after order payment is confirmed. Please keep in mind that we are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Our business days are Monday through Thursday 10 am-5 pm Pacific Time. If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your first business day is the following Monday.
  • USPS: Our daily pickup time is 12:00 PM
  • UPS: Our daily pickup time is 10:00 AM
  • FedEx: Our daily pickup time is 2:00 PM
  • Shipping transit time is an estimate. It is not guaranteed. Please be sure to keep this in mind when you place your order and give an extra day or two cushion for the package arrival.
  • If you need your order by a certain date for a special event, be sure to let us know in the comment box so that we can accommodate your timeline.
  • Special orders or orders with complex requests, we may need more time to get your order out.

Urgent Order

  • URGENT order, If you must have the shipment, give us a call after you ordered. Make sure to get a hold with one of our staff to confirm that we are able to make it for you.
Order Status and Tracking
  • Check your order status by login into your account
  • Once shipped - tracking will be updated on your order.
International Shipping
  • All International Orders will be shipped out with your selected shipping method.
  • The shipping cost is calculated based upon your location and weight of the items you are ordering.
  • All customs fees including duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, that are required at delivery are the customer's responsibility
  • We ship all over the world. However, it will be up to you to do the necessary research to find out if the products you’re interested in purchasing are allowed to be imported into your country. We will not be held responsible for any items that are rejected or seized by Customs.
