To Return/Exchange Your Product:
- Email email@example.com to make the request
- Wait to get your return order approval email with instructions on how to send your item
- Box up your product, with all its included components, in its original packaging and documents
- Ship it back via your choice of carriers, preferably with a tracking number.
- Be sure to enclose all spare parts and included components that shipped with your product; the return of incomplete products generally results in incomplete refunds
- You are responsible for return shipping fees
- It’s wise to use a traceable shipping method for your return as well as buy additional insurance with the shipping company you are using if your package is worth more than $100.00USD.
- You must have an Return# to return any product. Packages will be refused if there is no Return number on the outside of the box.
- Money will be refunded within 5-10 business days of receipt of your return
- We will refund your actual purchase price via your original means of payment, excluding shipping and handling fees
- Restocking fees are rare, but if they apply, you will be notified during the return process.
- All return items must be in good new condition, in original packaging with all its included components and documents
- Paintball and consumables are not returnable
- Custom, special order, and clearance items are not returnable
