The DI68 Defense Custom Carbine is a rugged, AR-style .68 caliber platform engineered for reliability, versatility, and realistic operation. The DI68 combines familiar tactical ergonomics with a configurable air-powered system suitable for training, recreational use, and professional simulation applications.
A selective-fire system allows the operator to switch between semi-automatic and full-automatic firing modes using the integrated selector. Power can be supplied by either compressed air (HPA) or an 88-gram CO₂ cartridge, giving users flexibility when configuring the carbine for different operating environments.
At the heart of the DI68 is the proven Mil-Sig Generation 2 valve system, designed to provide dependable cycling, consistent performance, and long-term durability. Ammunition is supplied through an 18-round detachable, interchangeable magazine, providing quick magazine changes and a realistic operating experience.
The DI68 is compatible with both spherical and shaped .68 caliber projectiles, allowing users to select ammunition according to their specific application. For applications where maximum feeding consistency and reliability are the priority, spherical .68 caliber projectiles are recommended, as their uniform profile generally provides smoother and more consistent feeding.
